The item was returned due to poor quality
Product MOSTLY as described - nice smooth routing done on the plywood and appears to be 11-ply. There are no instructions - I'd almost removed a star for this but it is really easy to put together. Just make sure the "short" screw go into the lumbar area - the rest are all one screw size. This isn't real leather, and at these price points I don't expect it to be. I'm giving 5 stars because anyone who thinks they're getting genuine leather is shopping in the wrong places. This is the sweet spot for the price - decent craftsmanship and will hold up to being sat in. Whats not to like. Shipping happened FAST to Arizona. Looks like they shipped from Jersey - Came in a single box and was safely packaged. Thumbs up from me - this is the one you're looking for.
I like the chair. Quality is very good and chair is big enough to sit on. Very pleased with this. Note that the seat is very thin.
